Currently, Mandarin Oriental, Boston is looking to add a Residential Porter to its Residences team. This pivotal role is based within the Residences Department and plays an essential part in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to residents, creating an unparalleled living experience. The Residential Porter is mainly responsible for managing incoming packages and coordinating various resident requests, acting as a friendly and professional face for residents, visitors, and vendors alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

As a Residential Porter, you will be the backbone of the residential experience, greeting and assisting residents with warmth and professionalism, providing prompt and accurate delivery of incoming mail, packages, dry cleaning, flowers, and groceries, and supporting residents by coordinating their needs efficiently. Working closely with other members of the Residences team, you will contribute to a harmonious and smooth operation that enhances the overall satisfaction of the luxury residence community.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage, set at $29.78 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position within the organization.
