The role of Residential Page at Four Seasons Hotel Denver involves ensuring all residents' parcels are delivered promptly, acting as the first point of contact for House Cars, and responding to all requests efficiently as per core standards. This position requires flexibility to assist with other duties related to the Residential Concierge department as assigned by Residential Leaders or Residential Concierges. The Residential Page supports residents by assisting with doors, luggage, transportation, parcels, and groceries, provides information on hotel events, outlets, and amenities, and manages communications including telephone calls and deliveries such as messages, packages, and newspapers to condominiums. The role demands proficiency with systems like Golden Home and Key Track, keen attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate of $21 with a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, emphasizing a professional and courteous attitude and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.
