We are currently seeking dedicated full-time housekeepers to join our team. This position offers a stable working schedule with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts, providing an ideal work-life balance. Compensation starts at a guaranteed hourly wage of $17.20 to $17.40, paid weekly, with additional incentives and tips to reward outstanding performance. Employees receive all necessary cleaning supplies, a professional housekeeper uniform, and the use of a company vehicle during work hours, so you don’t need to worry about putting miles on your personal car. Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours, 8am to 5pm
Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in residential cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bilingual skills preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Follow the established cleaning process to ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain attention to detail and ensure every job is completed to a high standard
Work cooperatively with team members to deliver excellent service
Use company-provided supplies and equipment responsibly
Maintain a professional appearance wearing the provided uniform
