Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Availability to work some Saturdays
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Ability to drive with a valid, non-expired driving license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required as training is provided
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for company vehicle operation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, bilingual preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working in various residential environments and performing physical tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow the company’s cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers and team members
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive the company vehicle safely (team lead role)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with supplies (team lead role)
- Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business
