Job Requirements
- Applicants must be able to communicate clearly in English with customers, team members, and the office
- Spanish is helpful and strongly welcomed but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive to and from customer homes as needed
- Access to reliable personal vehicle strongly preferred
- If a personal vehicle is used for approved work travel, mileage reimbursement will be provided
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform regular physical activity including lifting up to 20 pounds, bending, kneeling, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing stairs, and cleaning various household surfaces
- Comfortable working around dog and cat hair, dust, mildew, mold, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English

Job Duties
- Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean customer homes
- Use provided equipment including vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops, and cleaning supplies
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of the home
- Clean surfaces such as counters, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures, windowsills, and floors
- Dust furniture, remove cobwebs, and clean reachable surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, stairs, rugs, hard surface floors, and upholstered furniture
- Sweep, mop, and clean hard surface floors including bathroom and kitchen floors
- Move reasonably moveable furniture and items to clean under and behind them
- Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and customer homes
- Follow customized cleaning instructions and service notes
- Help keep supplies stocked and equipment maintained
- Contribute to a positive work environment by being in uniform, dependable, respectful, and on time
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and the office
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned
