Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday to Friday without nights or weekends
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for scheduling and communication
- Capable of following detailed cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform duties including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- A positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and participate in paid training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required
- Ability to use technology such as scheduling and communication apps
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to be active during shifts

- Reliable work ethic and punctuality
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing
- Maintain and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces to high standards
- Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Communicate with clients via apps for scheduling and service updates
- Lead teams and train new cleaners upon promotion
- Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within allocated periods
