Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license
- Ability to safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Availability to work PM and overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and privacy
- Physical ability to handle luggage and perform duties safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license
- Prior experience in valet or hospitality services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate resident needs and preferences
- Proficiency with communication and property management systems
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in guest interactions
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service to residential owners and guests
- Maintain a professional presence at the front drive and porte cochere
- Oversee safe and efficient handling of vehicles and luggage
- Coordinate resident requests with Concierge, Lifestyle Ambassadors, Housekeeping and Facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of porte cochere, driveway and public areas
- Operate communication tools including two-way radios and property management systems
- Arrange transportation services and support special assignments
