The Residential Door & Valet Attendant position at Mandarin Oriental Residences is a critical role designed to uphold the standard of luxury and professionalism that defines the community. This role is specifically designated for the PM and overnight shifts, ensuring that the front entrance remains a place of seamless, secure, and warm reception at all times. The attendant acts as the first and last point of contact for residents and their guests, delivering exceptional hospitality through attentive service and operational support during evening and overnight hours. The ability to anticipate residents' needs, coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Concierge, Lifestyle Ambassadors, Housekeeping, and Facilities, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently is essential. The role demands a high level of discretion, privacy, and professionalism, all while maintaining a polished and inviting exterior presence.
