Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to complete background check and drug screen
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as per OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard
  • Ability to wear face masks as required in the workplace

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including money management, housekeeping, cooking, personal care and hygiene, socialization with roommates and community members, and appropriate use of leisure time
  • Develop and maintain a warm, clean, and safe home environment conducive to residents' optimal development
  • Implement individual activity schedules and document activities weekly
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Person-Centered Plans and document changes prior to implementation
  • Collaborate with Residential House Manager to manage residents' individual funds and provide money management training
  • Use the CIMS system for accessing and reporting health information, data, and incidents
  • Adhere to all safety and vaccination requirements including mask-wearing policies
