Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain or possess Illinois State Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) and a 20-hour security training certificate
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check
Strong phone skills and ability to multitask
Customer service experience

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location
Adhere and enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards of conduct
Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site
Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns
Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned location
Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns
Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors and other members assigned to the property
Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities
Perform other duties as assigned by MFort Security Services or client representative
