The Residential Concierge role at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is integral to delivering this bespoke lifestyle experience. This position focuses on responding to residents’ inquiries and requests with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth. The Residential Concierge provides guidance on hotel services, local attractions, in-house events, and operational details, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s hallmark of excellence. Tasks involve managing incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, packages, and messages, as well as coordinating recommendations for local services such as dining, travel, and entertainment.

Job Requirements

- minimum two years prior concierge experience
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with standard office equipment and technology
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with hotel or condo/private residence operations is a plus

Job Duties
- provide accurate information to residents in a courteous manner
- fill all reasonable residents requests or requirements
- anticipate residents needs and follow through in a timely manner
- research and compile a list of preferred service providers for residents including restaurants, gourmet shops, travel agencies, limousine services, flowers
- take messages for residents accurately and ensure proper follow-up
- properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
- provide information, ticketing, and reservations for local activities such as theater, arts, concerts, sports, and sightseeing
- maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, and hotel policies
- keep senior management informed of resident issues and complaints, and actions taken
- maintain the Concierge Desk and storage in an orderly manner
- direct page and door staff in maintaining the front entrance and lobby area
