The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco & Private Residences are now seeking a dedicated and energetic Residences Concierge to join their esteemed team. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to residents and their guests within the exclusive Four Seasons Residences, ensuring all their needs are met efficiently and courteously. The Residences Concierge acts as a key liaison, making local arrangements both inside and outside the hotel, offering tailored assistance that enhances the residents’ experience. This part-time on-call position requires adaptability and professionalism to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons’ strict policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum two years' experience in the same or similar role
prior concierge or hotel concierge experience preferred
reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
ability to multi-task and manage priorities with high attention to detail
ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
minimum two years' experience in the same or similar role required
prior concierge or hotel concierge experience is preferred
reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is required
must be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage priorities with a high attention to detail
must be able to work a flexible schedule (mornings/nights/weekends)

Job Duties

Provide accurate information to residents and guests in a courteous manner
fill all resident requests or requirements
anticipate resident needs
know, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area
handle residence floor guests and vendors check-ins/check-outs
comply with Four Seasons' category one and category two work rules and standards of conduct
work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts
pre-register, block, cancel and secure future reservations following hotel policies and procedures
properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes
maintain the Residence Concierge desk, office and storage areas in an orderly manner
utilize the hotel computer system and phone system effectively
