Job Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in a field supervisory or management level position
- Previous hospitality experience in residential or hotel-like atmosphere
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple sites
- Professional personal appearance
- Availability to handle emergency situations
- Ability to commute to Hudson County, NJ
- Preferred ability to relocate to Hudson County, NJ before starting
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a field supervisory or management level position with previous hospitality experience in residential or hotel-like atmosphere
- Proven ability to manage associates in multiple sites
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in training, and disciplining
- Possess excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English language

- Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Solid understanding of MS Office
Job Duties
- Have a solid understanding of each client site, the specific needs, and team schedules
- Complete site tours on a weekly basis to multiple sites and liaison with property management on a consistent basis to ensure that employee performance meets client needs
- Perform site inspections/audits on a weekly basis at multiple sites and confirm that the staff is professional, in uniform, and following all policies and protocols
- Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor
- Train new associates based on job requirements for front desk/concierge/unarmed security guards, porters, etc.
- Ensure that all necessary logbooks, timesheets, and tracking are placed at each site
- Assure prompt and positive action on all client or resident complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-ups
- Responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting hospitality at the highest level at all times
- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to
- Accessible to the clients, our management team, and your associates at all times - respond to and handle emergency situations as required
