Job Description

303 Litho is a premier luxury residential community located in Franklin Square, Syracuse, NY. The establishment offers twenty-eight upscale residencies that combine modern design with the convenience of city living, ensuring residents experience a high standard of comfort without the typical challenges of urban life. We are currently seeking a Residential Concierge to join the 303 Litho team. This full-time, in-office position is based onsite in Syracuse, NY, with afternoon hours including weekend availability required, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 based on experience. The Residential Concierge plays a pivotal role in elevating the living experience of our residents by serving as the primary point of contact and embodying the values of exceptional hospitality and service. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, approachable, organized, and dedicated to fostering positive interactions within the community.

In this role, the Residential Concierge will manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the building. Responsibilities include greeting residents, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally; managing package delivery and retrieval; addressing and reporting resident concerns; and assisting guests with information regarding property amenities and local attractions. Additionally, the Concierge will coordinate personal shopping and grocery delivery services and work closely with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to ensure that the environment remains safe and immaculate.

Success in this role requires dependable attendance, meticulous attention to detail, diplomatic conflict resolution skills, and strong interpersonal communication. The Concierge is expected to handle situations calmly and thoughtfully, contributing significantly to the welcoming atmosphere and elevated lifestyle that 303 Litho promises its residents. This position also entails building a network of local service providers to enhance the resident experience, highlighting the concierge's role as a community connector and problem solver.

  • excellent people skills and diplomacy, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
  • ability to remain calm, polite, and patient in high-pressure or stressful situations
  • must successfully pass a drug screening and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • manage packages by receiving, logging, and retrieving them for residents
  • manage complaints by addressing resident concerns and reporting them to the appropriate department for resolution
  • assist guests by providing detailed information and guidance on property amenities, local attractions, and upcoming events
  • coordinate personal shopping services and grocery deliveries upon request to enhance guest convenience and satisfaction
  • collaborate with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property
  • develop a network of local contacts, service providers, and businesses to serve guests
  • notify security of any issues that you cannot resolve immediately
