The Residential Concierge role at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco & Private Residences is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic individual passionate about delivering personalized service to residents and their guests. The Residential Concierge acts as a vital link between residents and the services available both within the hotel and across the city. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill residents’ needs efficiently and courteously, adhering to Four Seasons' standards and policies. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, managing reservations and ticketing for cultural and leisure activities, handling check-ins and check-outs for residents and vendors, and maintaining the concierge area to a high standard.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum two years of relevant concierge or hospitality experience
strong verbal and written communication skills
proficiency in English
ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
commitment to delivering high-quality guest service
ability to operate computer and phone systems efficiently

Job Qualifications

Have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
minimum two years' experience in the same or similar role required
prior concierge or hotel concierge experience is preferred
reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is required
must be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage priorities with a high attention to detail
must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

Provide accurate information to residents and guests in a courteous manner
fill all resident requests or requirements
anticipate resident needs
know, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area including theatre, arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, and sightseeing tours
establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
handle residence floor guests and vendors check-ins and check-outs
comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts
pre-register, block, cancel and secure future reservations following hotel policies and procedures
properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes
maintain the Residence Concierge desk, office and storage areas in an orderly manner
utilize the hotel computer system and phone system effectively
