The Concierge is entrusted with managing the day-to-day needs and requests of residents, from coordinating deliveries and reservations to facilitating transportation and maintaining detailed resident profiles. Beyond assisting residents, the Residential Concierge supports the overall operations and standards of the property by acting as a vital communication hub among residents, vendors, and internal teams. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in concierge or customer service role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- familiarity with local area and services
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in relevant software and communication tools
