  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, MS Word, and internet browsers

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of hospitality or service industry experience
  • Proficient in word processing and computer programs including Outlook, MS Word and web browsers
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings

Job Duties

  • Create a luxury environment and exceed expectations in hospitality
  • Approach interactions with residents, guests, and colleagues courteously and service-oriented
  • Respect resident privacy, information, priorities, and time
  • Maintain up-to-date notes on resident preferences
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
  • Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Facilitate special requests such as transportation and dining reservations
  • Maintain logs, updates, and records related to property operations
  • Record incoming and outgoing packages accurately
  • Greet residents and guests confidently and cordially
  • Register guests and vendors as required
  • Keep front desk and common areas neat and alert
  • Monitor elevator and lobby access during moves and deliveries
  • Sort and forward mail as required
  • Maintain comprehensive shift notes and pass-on logs
  • Follow emergency procedures as outlined in property manuals
  • Communicate resident concerns to management
  • Monitor security systems and report incidents
  • Facilitate maintenance requests
  • Respond promptly to email communications
  • Maintain knowledge of Elite Services offerings and vendors
  • Stay informed on local area services and businesses
  • Understand property management roles and community rules
  • Assist management and maintenance as needed
  • Maintain incident reports and notify management of any threats
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
