The Residential Concierge role at Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is pivotal in creating an outstanding living experience for residents, operating from the Residential Lobby. This full-time position demands versatility, agility, and a keen sense of hospitality as the concierge manages diverse homeowner requests, provides personalized recommendations, and acts as a trusted point of contact for residents. By responding promptly and efficiently, the Residential Concierge ensures that all needs—from package handling and vendor access control to local activity recommendations—are met with professionalism and warmth, contributing to the overall luxury lifestyle that defines the Four Seasons brand. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the service model of a standalone residential property, requiring creativity and flexibility to exceed homeowner expectations in a dynamic, high-end environment. The hourly pay rate for this role is $31.30, reflecting the premium nature of the position and the high standards expected in daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to use a variety of software
  • a valid California Driver’s License

Job Duties

  • Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • accommodates special requests whenever possible
  • resolves resident complaints
  • assists residents in inquiries related to common area services and a la carte requests
  • responds to all resident requests accurately and timely
  • processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail both outgoing and incoming
  • stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers
  • coordinates with Residential Attendant for vehicle retrieval
  • manages and provides building and unit access to vendors, contractors, service providers, and visitors based on authorization
  • assists with vendor and contractor scheduling
  • verifies identity and controls entry doors and elevator access
  • updates and maintains information on vendors, restaurants, and local businesses
  • provides information and arrangements for local activities and services including transportation and ticketing
  • updates homeowner profiles with relevant information
  • utilizes software to log special resident arrangements and coordinate with service providers for billing
  • monitors fire alarm panel and responds to emergency situations by providing access to emergency personnel
  • coordinates booking of service elevators and loading dock for move-ins and move-outs
  • complies with all Four Seasons guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and leaders
