Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to undergo a drug test
- Ability to lift 20 pounds consistently and perform physical cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, and twisting
- Willingness to provide criminal background check
- Reliable phone for communication
- Ability to work full-time with an 8-hour shift
- Must be motivated and hardworking
- Willingness to drive to and from client locations based on schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and undergo company training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean reachable areas using a two-step ladder when necessary
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and good condition of cleaning equipment
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet scheduled cleaning appointments
- Follow company training and guidelines to deliver consistent high-quality cleaning services
- Drive to client locations using a reliable vehicle as per schedule
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
