Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 2 years cleaning experience
ability to speak English
must have own transportation
must have own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner
ability to work independently
strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hotel cleaning or paid residential cleaning preferred
strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients
experience in small business cleaning environments beneficial
keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness
ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning for our customers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring
ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively
provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or concerns promptly and professionally
maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks in multiple locations
maintain business liability coverage as an independent contractor for certain jobs
ability to speak conversational English, must have own transportation, must have own cleaning supplies
