Established with a commitment to creating vibrant, thriving living spaces, The Scion Group has grown its portfolio across various markets in the United States by focusing on quality management and superior resident experiences. The company prides itself on fostering inclusive, safe, and engaging communities where residents not only live but thrive. With a mission centered on operational excellence, innovation, and personalized service, The Scion Group employs dedicated professionals who aim to set industry standards for resident satisfaction and property management efficiency.

The Scion Group is currently seeking a Resident Services Manager for their community-based, full-time on-site position. This critical leadership role is designed for a proactive individual who will oversee all aspects of resident services to enhance the living experience and support operational goals. The Resident Services Manager will be instrumental in managing resident relations, ensuring effective communication, orchestrating community engagement, and supporting leasing and marketing initiatives. This role also plays a vital part in compliance and operational support, requiring collaboration with various departments including accounting, marketing, and emergency services.

As a Resident Services Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive community atmosphere through resident engagement activities and efficient management of resident concerns. Leading reputation management initiatives on multiple platforms and addressing complaints with empathy and professionalism are core duties. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and proficiency in property management software such as Entrata.

Additionally, the Resident Services Manager supports leasing functions including lease execution, management of move-ins and unit transfers, and maintaining accurate leasing dashboards. Marketing and social media involvement are also integral, requiring collaboration on campaigns and social engagement efforts to promote resident activities and leasing objectives. The position occasionally requires stepping into leadership in the absence of a General Manager and managing seasonal or situation-specific challenges such as crisis management, legal correspondence, or capital project support.

The Scion Group offers an attractive compensation package including discretionary annual bonuses, paid time off, floating holidays, and comprehensive health benefits. Employees can also benefit from dental and vision insurance, 401k matching, paid parental leave, and opportunities for learning reimbursement to support ongoing professional development. The company prioritizes a respectful and inclusive work environment adhering to equal employment opportunity principles, ensuring a supportive workplace for all qualified candidates able to work in the United States. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of experience in property management or related fields who is eager to make a meaningful impact in resident services and community management.
