Job Description
Arden Courts is a leading provider of specialized residential care, focusing on delivering compassionate and comprehensive clinical services tailored to the needs of residents within their community, predominantly catering to individuals living with dementia and other gerontological conditions. With a commitment to excellence and industry-leading care standards, Arden Courts fosters an inclusive and supportive environment for both residents and staff alike. The organization emphasizes holistic wellness, integrating clinical care with social and emotional support to better serve their aging population. Arden Courts is also proud of its equal opportunity employment practices and dedication to accommodating any disabilities as required, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce environment.
The role of Resident Services Coordinator at Arden Courts is vital to the seamless operation of clinical services for their community residents. This position requires an experienced and compassionate leader who oversees day-to-day activities and personnel tasked with providing clinical care. As the head of the Health & Wellness Team, the Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for administering and supervising all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. This leader is entrusted with guiding the team to deliver personalized, high-quality care tailored to meet the unique health requirements of each resident. The role demands a strong supervisory background coupled with hands-on nursing experience, particularly in gerontological settings, which includes expertise in dementia care.
In this position, the Resident Services Coordinator not only manages clinical service delivery but also mentors and supports nursing staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Given the physical demands of the job — which encompasses prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of medical equipment — the role necessitates an active and resilient professional with the ability to perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks professionally. The position offers an encouraging work environment with amazing benefits from day one, including immediate access to pay via ZayZoon, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and more. This comprehensive benefits package reflects Arden Courts’ commitment to the well-being of their employees, recognizing that a supported and valued team better serves the residents.
Ambitious healthcare professionals looking to advance their careers in elder care and clinical service management will find tremendous opportunities for growth and development in this role. The Resident Services Coordinator is a pivotal position designed for those who are passionate about delivering compassionate care and are adept at coordinating clinical operations within a community living environment. This role offers job stability in a reputable company known for ethical employment practices and a drug-free workplace, fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion. Arden Courts encourages qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply, ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act and promoting equal opportunity employment practices throughout the hiring process.
