Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in case management or social services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally using personal vehicle
  • Ability to engage in community outreach activities requiring walking and carrying materials
  • Commitment to supporting diverse populations
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with residents and partners

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred but not required, preferably proficient in Spanish
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with workplace ambiguity
  • Commitment to racial equity and anti-racism practices
  • Experience or lived experience related to community support

Job Duties

  • Provide direct assistance and case management to permanent supportive housing residents
  • Manage and mediate conflicts among residents and property management
  • Establish positive relationships with residents, resident leaders, and community organizations
  • Conduct resident orientation, assessments, and follow-ups for service planning
  • Document referrals, outcomes, and resident participation accurately
  • Collaborate with the team to gather resident feedback and conduct surveys
  • Organize and support community-based activities and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
