Currently, Envolve Community Management is actively seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join the team at London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK. This pivotal role is designed to enhance the residents’ living experiences by providing essential social service coordination and community connections that promote residents' independence and personal growth. The Resident Services Coordinator functions as a key liaison between residents and various community resources, working to improve access to vital services such as meals-on-wheels, financial assistance, counseling, transportation, home health care, and preventive health screenings among others.

The role demands a compassionate and proactive individual capable of maintaining strong partnerships with local service providers and government agencies, assisting with job placement and job training opportunities, and coordinating educational programs that promote health, safety, and financial literacy. The coordinator is also responsible for developing comprehensive resource directories tailored to the residents’ needs, empowering them to access assistance for families, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and more. Beyond service coordination, the Resident Services Coordinator supports economic development by aiding residents in establishing bank accounts and engaging with non-profit organizations to facilitate community activities. Administrative responsibilities, including filing, answering telephones, data entry, and supporting office staff, are also part of the position.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide general service coordinating including intake, education of services available and application procedures, and referral of residents to community service providers
  • Work with project-based residents to find employment, job training, and economic development opportunities
  • Search and inform residents of job fairs, job openings, and job advancement opportunities
  • Assist residents with the development of resumes
  • Coordinate educational opportunities for residents on health care, agency support, life skills, safety, and credit
  • Partner with local agencies to sponsor wellness and educational events
  • Develop a Resource Directory of state and local service providers for resident assistance
  • Assist residents with economic development and opening of bank accounts
  • Work with non-profit organizations to provide services and activities for residents
  • Serve as a liaison to community agencies and network with service providers
  • Inform residents about available services and benefits and assist with applications
  • Assist office staff with administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and data entry
  • Greet and assist all prospective residents
  • Maintain accurate records of resident requests
  • Assist residents in their new apartment inspections
  • Support manager in implementing resident renewal and retention programs
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
