The Front Desk Agent role is integral to maintaining the welcoming and secure atmosphere that the company prides itself on. The Front Desk Agent is expected to be proactive in providing exemplary resident service and support, handling a variety of tasks from reception duties to security monitoring.

Additionally, the Front Desk Agent will oversee the monitoring of security cameras, manage access to residential floors, and patrol the building premises to uphold safety and security standards. The position involves coordinating package deliveries and overseeing all vendor and visitor interactions with professionalism and care. The agent will collaborate closely with other building staff, maintenance teams, and property management to facilitate smooth communication and prompt response to residents' needs.

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate

Job Duties

  • Greeting vendors, residents and their guests
  • coordinating all deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food
  • controlling and monitoring security cameras
  • monitoring building's exterior doors and maintaining a secure environment
  • monitoring and controlling guest/vendor access to residential floors
  • collaborating with other building staff personnel
  • ensuring residents and their guests needs are met
  • reviewing daily front desk procedures and facilitating communication between unit owner, maintenance team and property management
  • ensuring all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
  • following all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
  • handling crisis situations in the event of emergency or fire
  • answering the telephone and speaking clearly and professionally
  • performing other duties as assigned by management
