The role of Resident Services Coordinator at Greystar plays a pivotal part in ensuring tenant satisfaction and enhancing resident engagement within the community. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of resident services coordinator experience
  • proficiency using Yardi, CRM, Microsoft
  • ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • availability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • ability to work in various weather conditions
  • ability to travel occasionally
  • ability to work in call schedule during evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, assists with utility set-up and delivery of packages and package claim reminders
  • Develops and publishes property newsletter with planned events, resident services, and advertisements
  • Handles resident issues including disputes, maintenance repairs, and requests, prepares incident reports
  • Schedules activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintains rental contracts, collects fees, ensures guest suites and amenities are available
  • Processes maintenance work orders, ensures timely completion and resident satisfaction, prepares weekly maintenance report
  • Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerts maintenance of repair needs
