They pride themselves on fostering a supportive workplace culture that emphasizes professional growth, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance. Located at Loring House in Portland, ME, Vesta Management is actively seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to join their esteemed team.

The job demands building strong relationships not only with residents and their families but also collaborating closely with property management, healthcare professionals, and social service agencies. The coordinator will provide non-clinical case management, monitor health and wellness issues, assist in crisis situations, and ensure residents receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique circumstances.
This is a role that requires both compassion and strategic planning skills. In addition to direct resident engagement, the coordinator will manage administrative responsibilities, including partnership agreements and documentation, ensuring the smooth execution of the resident services program. Vesta offers a supportive environment with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a company-matched 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off including vacation and holidays, and additional perks such as a pet insurance program and employee assistance initiatives. The position demands flexibility, including the ability to work some evenings and weekends, and values bilingual communication skills, particularly English and Spanish.
