Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and industry-specific software such as Yardi to support daily administrative duties effectively. The position is office-based five days a week and offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.

Joining TCB means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that values diversity and inclusion, investing in its employees’ professional growth while making a positive impact on communities nationwide. The Resident Specialist will thrive in an environment where collaboration, responsiveness, and a customer-first mentality are essential.
