As a Residential Monitor, you will be working primarily during the third shift, including weekends and holidays that fall on weekends, with specific shifts such as Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 pm to 8:00 am. This role requires a high level of observation, documentation, and enforcement of rules and responsibilities assigned to the residents. You will also assist program counselors by supporting various program services like installing electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents in their homes and workplaces, and conducting alcohol and urine surveillance testing. The job demands strict adherence to policies and procedures related to safety, sanitation, and emergency operations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining facility hygiene through routine housekeeping tasks.
