Currently, The Housing Company is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join their team as an on-site Resident Manager at Sunset Landing Apartments, located in Caldwell, Idaho. This role represents an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community while overseeing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. The position offers a rewarding chance to support tenants in need by ensuring their living environment is comfortable, safe, and maintained to high standards. As the primary tenant contact, the Resident Manager plays a vital role in fostering community engagement, resolving tenant concerns promptly, and advocating on behalf of the residents.

Living on-site at Sunset Landing Apartments, the Resident Manager serves as both a role model and leader within the community. Responsibilities include ensuring property management practices comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budgetary guidelines. This involves coordinating leasing activities, processing applications, managing lease renewals, and facilitating unit turnovers to prepare apartments for new tenants. The role also requires collaboration with maintenance vendors to promptly address repair requests and upkeep needs, including groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in common areas is also a key component of this position.

The Resident Manager position is designed for someone with a strong sense of organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. The Housing Company values individuals who are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in affordable housing and who can contribute positively to the tenant community. The role offers compensation starting at $14.00 per hour and requires the ability to live on-site. This is an in-person position based within the Sunset Landing Apartments community.

Joining The Housing Company as a Resident Manager means becoming part of a mission-driven team that believes in the power of affordable housing to transform lives and strengthen communities. Candidates with experience or interest in property management, leasing, customer service, or community advocacy are encouraged to apply. This position not only offers an employment opportunity but also a chance to be deeply involved in the community's welfare and growth.
