Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred
- basic record-keeping and computer skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
- ability to live on-site at the Sunset Landing Apartments apartment provided
- valid driver’s license
- must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of Sunset Landing Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns
- live on-site at the Sunset Landing Apartments, serving as a role model and advocate for the community
- ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines
- assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals
- coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal
- clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants
