Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in event planning, customer service, or related field
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license with no major infractions in last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • positive and can-do attitude
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • plan and execute resident events with precision
  • manage event budgets and vendor contracts
  • design promotional materials such as flyers and invitations
  • greet residents and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
  • respond to resident inquiries with professionalism
  • track event attendance and gather feedback
  • communicate updates through newsletters, social media, and announcements
