Job Description

Kairoi Residential is a prominent company dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences within high-performing multifamily communities. Our mission centers around delivering long-term value to investors, associates, and most importantly, the residents who call our properties home. The name "Kairoi," pronounced Ki-roy, embodies moments in time when opportunities are seized, and this philosophy drives our organizational culture. We pride ourselves in empowering, rewarding, and inspiring our talented team members to make these opportunities possible. With a strong commitment to community and growth, Kairoi Residential stands out as a leader in the multifamily housing industry, providing quality environments that foster community engagement and resident satisfaction.

The role of Resident Experience Coordinator at Kairoi Residential is a unique and dynamic position aimed at enhancing the everyday lives of residents by planning and executing a wide variety of events and programs. This role is the heart of resident engagement efforts, creating vibrant and welcoming community atmospheres that encourage resident participation and foster a strong sense of belonging. The Resident Experience Coordinator works closely with residents to ensure their needs and interests are met through creative programming, effective communication, and attentive service. This position involves a blend of creativity, event management, customer service, and community building, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in energetic, people-focused environments.

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will take on multiple responsibilities, including organizing memorable events that transform routine days into extraordinary experiences. Your tasks will range from securing vendors and managing event budgets to designing promotional materials and setting up engaging environments that captivate residents. Beyond event planning, you will serve as the chief hospitality ambassador of the community, warmly greeting residents and ensuring that all interactions leave a positive impression. You will also be required to track event attendance and feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of resident programs.

Additionally, this role demands excellent communication skills to craft newsletters, manage social media updates, and maintain transparent communication channels with the community. You will extend the spirit of the community beyond the property by coordinating outreach initiatives and fostering partnerships with local organizations. The position promises a rewarding career path with opportunities for personal and professional growth through ongoing training and development.

Kairoi offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes competitive compensation tailored to experience and community, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and a robust 401k retirement plan with company match. Paid leave options include generous PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays, birthday leave, and milestone sabbaticals. Employees also enjoy access to a private discount network for travel, dining, gifts, and more. This role typically requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate community events. Kairoi Residential is committed to equal employment opportunities and ensures an inclusive and accessible recruitment process, valuing diversity in all its forms.
