Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in event planning, customer service, or related field
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license with no major infractions in last 12 months
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or customer service
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- exceptional customer service skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- plan and execute resident events with precision
- manage event budgets and vendor contracts
- design promotional materials such as flyers and invitations
- greet residents and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
- respond to resident inquiries with professionalism
- track event attendance and gather feedback
- communicate updates through newsletters, social media, and announcements
