The Resident Experience Coordinator role is an exciting position at the heart of our community engagement efforts. This role serves as a vital support to the Resident Experience Specialists, assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events and programs designed to enrich the resident lifestyle. By closely collaborating with the Resident Experience team, this position directly contributes to enhancing resident satisfaction and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere where community interaction thrives. The coordinator will manage logistics, vendor relations, event setup and breakdown, and resident communications. Strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are essential to succeed in this role. Attendance tracking and feedback collection will also play a key role in improving program effectiveness. This position offers an opportunity to impact the daily lives of residents positively and ensure a dynamic and inclusive community environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Event Planning Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Assist with planning and execution of resident events and programs including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Manage event set-up and breakdown ensuring all materials and equipment are in place
  • Greet and assist residents at events providing a positive and welcoming experience
  • Assist with preparation of event materials such as flyers invitations and decorations
  • Track event attendance and gather resident feedback for program improvement
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere encouraging resident interaction and belonging
  • Assist with development and implementation of resident communication strategies including newsletters social media updates and on-site announcements
  • Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with coordination of community outreach initiatives and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident events and programs
  • Assist with management of event budgets and vendor contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience team as needed
