The coordinator will assist with the planning, setup, and execution of various events and programs, supporting communication and promotion efforts to encourage resident participation. Responsibilities also include providing concierge coverage as needed and coordinating or driving transportation while upholding the hospitality standards of the community and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors. The position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The ideal candidate has more than one year of experience in senior living or hospitality and possesses organizational and communication skills, alongside proficiency with Microsoft Office and audiovisual equipment. A valid driver's license is required.
