Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to provide excellent resident and prospect service
- Reliable and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or related customer service roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity in event planning and community engagement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents entering the leasing office or common areas and ensure their comfort
- Assist with property tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- Manage guest suite scheduling and monitor loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Handle all package deliveries including documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are presentable and ready for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative resident events, programs, and services using amenity spaces
- Maintain detailed local area information and build relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors
- Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle E-mail Account promptly
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and manage Resident Portal postings
- Participate in meeting Greystar's sales and marketing program benchmarks
- Provide input for and manage budgets associated with resident activities and retention
