Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
- Multi-unit or multi-site leadership experience in contract food management or large scale food service operations
- Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
- Strong financial acumen in profit and loss environments across multiple sites
- Experience leading large teams within a district
- Focus on business growth and retention
- Commitment to establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a K12 or student nutrition environment preferred
- Proven leadership experience of 5-10 years including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills with knowledge of management practices and business judgment
- Ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Proven success in repeatable business models including leading change and turnaround initiatives
- Advanced degree in business or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units within the district
- Drive growth of new business and retain current business by fostering client relationships
- Lead and manage large teams to deliver exceptional food and nutrition programs
- Ensure financial performance, including managing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Oversee operational efficiency and productivity initiatives
