Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager for Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of food service including Resident Dining, Retail, Catering, and Concessions on campus. The Resident District Manager is responsible for driving strategic leadership to meet financial targets while ensuring top-tier service quality and operational excellence. This candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the university, integrating fully within the client organization and developing strong client relations. The role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead diverse teams, and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment.

The Resident District Manager will also be accountable for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with client contracts, and spearheading talent management initiatives. This includes recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance performance and engagement. With a strong focus on student satisfaction and community impact, the role demands exceptional communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to align the services provided with the client’s goals.
