This position is for a Resident District Manager aimed at overseeing food service operations at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, the incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations encompassing resident dining, retail food services, catering, and concessions. This role requires a highly strategic leader who possesses strong financial insight, capable talent management skills, and excellent communication prowess, all essential for driving operational success at a busy collegiate campus. The Resident District Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and reliable partner within Marquette University’s organizational framework, embedding Sodexo’s commitment to superior client service and collaborative relationships.

The role requires exceptional client management skills, with a focus on cultivating and sustaining positive relationships to ensure that the campus food services align perfectly with the evolving needs of the university community.
