Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of management experience
- minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service operations
- ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
- strong financial acumen and P&L background
- experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership
- knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for a high level of customer service
