The Resident District Manager position at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, represents a critical leadership role within the Sodexo Campus segment. This role requires managing daily operations across food service, resident dining, retail, catering, and concessions with a focus on operational excellence and strategic leadership. As a Resident District Manager, you act as a vital link between Sodexo and the university, coordinating resources and strategies to meet both client objectives and student expectations. Candidates in this position will demonstrate strong financial acumen, spearhead talent management initiatives, and excel in communication and project management to uphold the highest standards of service and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach with responsibilities including client service orientation, support for a diverse and inclusive workforce, development of strong client relations, and ensuring alignment of campus food service programs with client needs.
