This role is a Resident Concierge position, central to the mission of maintaining superior customer service standards and fostering resident satisfaction within Life Time Living communities. The Resident Concierge team members serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering responsive, helpful, and friendly interactions that align with the Life Time brand’s high standards. They play a pivotal role in bridging the connection between residents and the wider Life Time community, including the athletic country clubs, programming, and events. This position is designed for individuals passionate about customer service and community engagement who also support Life Time's healthy way of life philosophy. The Resident Concierge not only assists with inquiries and daily resident service needs such as package handling and account maintenance but also actively promotes resident acquisition and retention by offering personalized recommendations and outreach efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capacities in a fast-paced environment. It is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and can go up to $28.75, dependent on experience and qualifications. The position emphasizes a commitment to inclusive community building and strives to create exceptional experiences for each resident. Team members also contribute to the planning and execution of community events, further enhancing engagement and resident satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for residents and guests in a manner aligned with the Life Time brand, including answering incoming phone calls and emails
  • Proactively builds relationships with residents and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge to appropriately connect and assist all residents with Life Time Athletic country club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Serves as point of contact for new resident acquisition and resident retention interactions
  • Engages in problem solving and service recovery for resident questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
  • Understands the interests and needs of prospective residents to provide them with personalized residential recommendations based on knowledge of Life Time Living community
  • Assists residents with account maintenance and processing resident needs, changes and transactions
  • Represents Life Time Living through persistent and enthusiastic outreach, which contributes to the achievement of Life Time Living's resident acquisition and retention goals
  • Manages and maintains resident services, such as package pickups
  • Assists with community engagement through planning, promotion and execution of resident events
