The community prides itself on delivering exceptional care and services to its residents, fostering a culture where employees experience professional growth, purpose, and a sense of belonging. At Trillium Woods, the workplace environment is built around valuing every team member’s contribution while enhancing the quality of life for seniors who call this community home.

Trillium Woods is currently recruiting a hospitality-focused Concierge to join their vibrant team. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with pay starting at $23 per hour. The Concierge role is vital as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers. This role demands creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service in a warm and professional manner. The Concierge acts as the face of Trillium Woods, contributing significantly to the overall experience and satisfaction of residents and guests.

The Concierge is engaged in a variety of daily tasks that encompass greeting and directing visitors in person and by phone, providing general administrative and office support including handling communications, mail distribution, filing, and document preparation such as flyers and announcements. In addition, the Concierge provides essential technology assistance to residents, supporting the use and troubleshooting of phones, computers, printers, personal devices, and applications including email and social media platforms. Proble-solving skills are essential, as the role requires tactful resolution of issues raised by residents or visitors to ensure organizational objectives are met while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Furthermore, the Concierge is responsible for accepting and logging deliveries, notifying residents, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the Director of Administrative Services with various projects. This multi-faceted role not only supports day-to-day community functioning but also helps build meaningful relationships within the community. Trillium Woods emphasizes a work environment that is engaging and fun, with plenty of opportunities for growth and professional development within the senior care industry.

Working at Trillium Woods comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Generous paid time off, paid holidays, an employee assistance program, and a unique Daily Pay feature that allows employees to receive pay on the day they work, underscore the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce. If you have a passion for hospitality, senior engagement, and a desire to make a difference daily, this role at Trillium Woods offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a reputable senior living community in an impactful way.
