Job Description
Trillium Woods is a distinguished Life Plan Community situated on an expansive and picturesque 46-acre campus in Plymouth, MN. Renowned for its commitment to redefining senior living, Trillium Woods offers a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional care and services to its residents. As a community, it ensures that both the physical and emotional needs of seniors are met through innovative programs, compassionate staff, and state-of-the-art amenities. Trillium Woods prides itself on fostering a workplace culture that values professional development, employee engagement, and purpose-driven roles within its vibrant and welcoming community.
Currently, Trillium Woods is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join their dedicated team. This pivotal role serves as the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers warmly and professionally every day. The Concierge plays a crucial role in establishing a positive first impression for all who visit the community, making this position integral to resident satisfaction and the overall hospitality experience.
The Concierge’s responsibilities extend beyond greeting visitors; they provide a range of essential services including assisting residents with technology support such as phone setups, computer troubleshooting, and usage of personal programs and applications like email and social media. Additionally, the Concierge supports general office operations including handling mail, managing communications, preparing documents and flyers, and sometimes filling in at the receptionist desk. This role also requires the timely acceptance and documentation of package deliveries and ensuring that recipients are promptly notified. Problem-solving and conflict resolution are key aspects of this role, requiring the ability to address concerns from residents, guests, and vendors in a way that meets organizational objectives while maintaining a positive experience for all.
An essential part of the role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Administrative Services on various projects and assignments, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of community operations. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday during day shifts, offering a starting pay rate of $23 per hour. Trillium Woods offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports both the health and financial well-being of its employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off and holidays, an employee assistance program, and a unique daily pay option allowing employees to receive payment the same day they work.
Ideal candidates are those with a high school diploma or GED and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite products. Excellent telephone communication skills are essential, as well as prior experience in customer-facing roles within senior living communities being highly desirable. Trillium Woods is committed to creating an engaging, fun, and supportive work environment where employees can thrive personally and professionally. For hospitality professionals passionate about senior engagement and making a meaningful difference every day, this opportunity at Trillium Woods provides a rewarding and enriching career path. Trillium Woods is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and warmly welcomes applicants from all backgrounds to join their team.
