The Resident Care Assistant role at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is a full-time day shift position with 30 hours weekly. The pay range for this role is $18.25 to $20.25 per hour, with variations depending upon relevant experience. A generous shift differential is also provided for evening, night, and weekend shifts. In this role, the Resident Care Assistant plays a crucial part in enhancing the daily lives of residents by providing personal care, assistance, support, and supervision. Job responsibilities also include housekeeping, assisting with activities, and supporting food service. The Resident Care Assistant ensures residents receive timely care tailored to their needs, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence in their living environment.
