With a strong focus on creating a supportive and inspiring workplace, Leisure Care proudly offers a wide variety of roles across all shifts, including early morning, day, evening, and overnight hours. Their comprehensive benefits package ensures employees have access to essential resources and opportunities for growth, enabling them to provide care with dedication and joy. The organization values teamwork, creativity, and a proactive approach to serving the unique needs of its residents and families.
Leisure Care is currently seeking a Resident Assistant to join their compassionate team. This position is a broad-scoped caregiver role, where individuals play a vital part in supporting residents' daily living activities and overall well-being. Resident Assistants are entrusted with full responsibility for direct resident care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized assistance tailored to their needs. This role is critical to helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence, fostering an environment where they can thrive.
As a Resident Assistant at Leisure Care, you will assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will observe and monitor residents’ conditions closely, noting any changes, and promptly communicate these observations to nursing staff or management to ensure timely interventions. In addition to personal care, Resident Assistants also support residents with housekeeping and laundry services, helping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Leisure Care encourages individuals with previous caregiving experience, especially those holding certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide, to apply. The company values compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those passionate about senior care to join a forward-thinking organization that values and invests in its employees while delivering unparalleled quality care to residents.
Offering a flexible schedule that covers all shifts from early morning to overnight, the Resident Assistant position at Leisure Care is ideal for candidates seeking meaningful work in a supportive environment. Employees can benefit from a robust full-time benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, early wage access, a 401k plan, paid time off, and more. Leisure Care’s commitment to employee satisfaction and professional development makes this an outstanding choice for caregivers looking to build a rewarding career in senior living.
