Leisure Care is currently seeking a Resident Assistant to join their compassionate team. This position is a broad-scoped caregiver role, where individuals play a vital part in supporting residents' daily living activities and overall well-being. Resident Assistants are entrusted with full responsibility for direct resident care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized assistance tailored to their needs. As a Resident Assistant at Leisure Care, you will assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. In addition to personal care, Resident Assistants also support residents with housekeeping and laundry services, helping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
