We are currently looking for a Resident Assistant to be part of our compassionate team. This role is central to the day-to-day care and comfort of our residents, holding full responsibility for direct resident care. The Resident Assistant assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring each resident’s dignity and comfort. The role also requires making careful observations regarding each resident’s condition and promptly reporting any changes to ensure timely and appropriate responses. Resident Assistants support residents by assisting with laundry and housekeeping, fostering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The perfect candidate will have demonstrated experience in caregiving and preferably hold current certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide.
