The role of Resident Assistant at Leisure Care represents a celebrated opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering high-quality direct care to older adults. This position involves broad responsibilities that include assisting residents with all activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, among other personal care services. The Resident Assistant plays a crucial role in observing residents’ conditions closely and reporting any changes promptly to ensure timely intervention and sustained health. Additionally, the role extends to managing residents’ needs related to laundry and housekeeping services when necessary, making it a comprehensive caregiving position. The Resident Assistant’s dedication directly contributes to the comfort, safety, and happiness of the senior community.

Job Duties
- Assist resident with all ADLs and personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Make appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
- Record and follow up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
- Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
