The Resident Assistant position at Canfield Place is a vital role within Leisure Care’s team. This role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Resident Assistants play a critical part in monitoring the well-being of residents by making appropriate observations and recording changes in their condition. The role also involves helping with laundry and housekeeping services as needed, making it a broad and responsible caregiver position.
