Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
- CPR or First Aid certification preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Successful completion of state background check and drug testing

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supports assisted living and memory care residents with companionship and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Reports changes in resident health and completes daily data sheets
- Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs
- Performs housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership
- Engages residents with activities to promote happiness and social interaction
- Maintains a safe and clean environment
