The Stoney Brook of Hewitt community under the 4-K Housing umbrella is currently inviting enthusiastic and caring individuals to join as Part-Time and Full-Time Resident Assistants. This role is critical within the community as Resident Assistants are the frontline caregivers who ensure the daily needs of residents are met with kindness and professionalism. Assistants play an indispensable role in supporting residents’ activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, all while encouraging as much independence as possible. Beyond personal care, the position involves maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment, ensuring that residents feel comfortable and supported at all times.

The Resident Assistant at Stoney Brook of Hewitt will also maintain and update residents’ records diligently, documenting leisure activities, observations, and any changes in health or behavior swiftly to the appropriate supervisor. This documentation and observation are crucial for tailoring care plans to individual needs, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Shift options are flexible, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, with a 4-on-2-off schedule and PRN availability, encompassing weekends and holidays.
