Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide Program preferred
- Experience in an environmental services or customer service healthcare position preferred
- Ability to work weekend shifts Friday through Monday
- Availability for day, evening, or night shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with resident care
- Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in environmental services or customer service in a healthcare setting preferred
- Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide Program preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of resident care and safety practices
Job Duties
- Assist resident with their physical needs including transporting, feeding, toileting, personal hygiene, and dressing
- Perform housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and re-stocking items
- Assist residents with scheduled activities and appointments
- Review weekly care plans and updates as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Support team members in delivering excellent care
- Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare team members
