As part of the team at this distinguished location, the Residences Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail expected by Four Seasons. This role involves working as a key member of the Housekeeping Team to ensure that all guest rooms and residences are pristine, welcoming, and well-appointed. The Residences Room Attendant's responsibilities encompass a wide range of housekeeping services tailored to meet the needs of luxury homeowners and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
The position is full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage of $26.52 alongside an attractive benefits package. It requires candidates to possess valid US work authorization as it is not eligible for work sponsorship or visa. The Residences Room Attendant is expected to work flexible schedules covering early mornings, mid-days, and evenings to support a 24/7 operational environment.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, operational proficiency with cleaning equipment, and the ability to anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs. Beyond typical cleaning responsibilities, the Residences Room Attendant provides genuine hospitality, assists with various guest requests, reports maintenance issues, and supports team members with special projects such as deep cleaning and furniture arrangement. A valid driving license is required for operating golf carts used within the property.

Job Requirements
- High School education or equivalent experiences
- Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent
- Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to read and speak English
- Hold valid driving license for golf cart operation
- Valid US work authorization
- Flexible for early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
- Full-time availability
Job Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experiences
- Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization
- Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to read and speak English
- Hold a valid driving license to operate golf carts
Job Duties
- Provide all types of housekeeping services to the homeowners including but not limited to
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas (indoor and outdoor), and other residential spaces
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash, and polish surfaces throughout residential spaces
- Clean mirrors, windows, countertops, appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc.), and fixtures
- Empty trash and replace liners as needed
- Change linens and perform organizing duties
- Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily
- Inspect and remove/report all carpet, rug, and fabric stains
- Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests
- Offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented
- Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping leaders/coordinators
- Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area
- Promote hotel services and products
- Perform other tasks such as guest room assistance or projects as assigned by management including mattress flipping, deep cleaning, inventory of operating supplies, cleaning of the vacuums, high dusting, moving furniture
- Assist Housekeeping Team members as required
- Deliver and pick up guest request items when assigned including irons and ironing boards
- Promptly report any loss, damage, or issue to a supervisor and Security
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Perform any other related duties as specified by your Supervisor
